FAQs
All sites are full hook-up and include water, sewer, and 30/50 amp service. Electric service is individually metered and is charged at .17 per kwh.
While most of our lots will accommodate RVs up to 45 feet, we do have select lots that will allow for rigs and trailers of 60 feet or more.
We are a pet friendly community, but we are breed restricted. For insurance purposes aggressive breeds like Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow-Chows, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, Akitas, Presa Canario,and Wolf Hybrids are not allowed.
