Here at Robert’s Mobile Home & RV Resort in St Petersburg FL, we offer some of the most affordable RV park prices in FL. We offermonthly RV resort rates for the summer that are different from our monthly RV rates for the winter for all you snowbirds out there. If you want to stay for longer than a month or two, the below annual (12 months) and yearly (6-month periods) RV park rates are for you.

If you own an RV and would like to stay at our premier RV park in St. Petersburg FL annually, please call the office to inquire about our probationary period. You must complete a 6-month probationary period before you can apply to stay annually. You must also meet the age requirement of 55 years or older for one person and 40 years or older for the second person.
RV Park Rates for Annual & Yearly Residents
All Rates for Two Occupants (1 person must be 55 years or older and the 2nd person a minimum of 40 years old.)
RV Resort Rates Include:
-Water
-Sewer
-Garbage Pick-Up on Site
-Sites 519-667 have paved driveways
-Park models include lawn mowing
-All sites are individually metered
-Shaded sites are available
(Rental increase commences June 1st)
Your initial term (1 year) may be less than 1 year in order to permit the office to have all rental agreements within the park to commence at the same time; thereafter, all terms tenancies shall be for a minimum of 1 year.
RV Park Prices for 12 MONTHS OCCUPANCY
-Security deposit is due upon arrival and is applied to rent after the twelfth month (non-refundable)
RV Park Prices for 6 MONTHS OCCUPANCY + 6 MONTHS STORAGE ON SITE
-Security deposit is due upon arrival and is applied to rent after the twelfth month (non-refundable).
-There will be an additional charge if you exceed your 6 months’ occupancy. Inquire at the office or when you call about your reservation.
-All Rates for Two Occupants (1 person must be 55 years old 2nd person a minimum of 40 years old).
Beautiful shaded areas to park your RV. Activities, pool pavilion and other games. The girls in the office where very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions about yearly rental.

Washing machines are permitted for mobile homes only if you have an onsite sewage disposal system. These homes have a monthly charge of $10 for washer/dryer.
Credit & Background screening report $250.00 per single or married couple.
A 30-day notice is required from annual residents or yearly residents who will be moving out of the park or onto another lot.
