Bathhouse / Pavilion / Clubhouse, Billiard Room, Shuffleboard, Volleyball, Pickleball, Horseshoes, Petanque, Coin Laundry, 30/50 Amp Electric, City Water & Sewer, and Bus Stop. Glass Houses my be used but must be paid at $100 a month at the beginning of each month. Glass house lots are: 137, 515, 501, 12. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed. No nailing things on walls is allowed and no altering of walls is allowed.

Late check-out is based on availability. You must confirm with the office and pay half the daily rate for the lot upon departure, if lot is available.
$500 deposit collected when reservation of one month or more is created. If the reservation is less than 1 month, the reservation is paid in full when booking your stay.

Electric, Water, Sewer and Garbage pick-up available on all sites except overflow.
Garbage: Garbage will be picked up every Monday and Thursday of the week by 9:00 a.m.
Parking: Please park only one motorized vehicle and one camping unit at a campsite. Please part your vehicle on your designated lot ONLY. Do not park on the main streets or on your neighbor’s parking lot.
Additional vehicles should be parked in the overflow parking.
Utility trailer must be put into storage at an additional fee.
Utility trailers attached to RV on pull thru sites have an additional charges of $60.00 per month. Prior approval from management required.
Spectrum cable service available at an additional charge.
Dump Station Fee: $35

A $75 handling fee will be charged per reservation. If you stay a single night, Robert’s will not provide a refund.
NO REFUNDS of deposit if reservation is canceled on or after the day you arrive.
NO REFUNDS will be given if you fail to provide Robert’s with a 30 day notice of cancellation.
If you are staying from 1 day up to 6 days, full payment is due upon creating your reservation.
If providing a 30 day/cancellation notice for a reservation that is 1 to 6 months, the cancellation fees will be $75.00 NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS.
